Eligibility

User Conduct
All members must treat other members with honesty and respect. False representations of identity, age, or intent are prohibited. Harassment, manipulation, emotional pressure, and any conduct that creates discomfort or harm for another member will result in immediate account removal. The platform reserves the right to act on conduct reported by members without requiring a formal investigation process.
Profile Accuracy
Members are responsible for the accuracy of all profile information, including photographs and personal details. Impersonating another person — real or fictional — is strictly prohibited. Profile photographs must depict only yourself. Misleading or fraudulent profiles are subject to immediate removal.
Content Limitations
Sugar Daddy Monaco is a platform for adult connections. Content that is explicitly sexual, violent, defamatory, or that violates applicable laws in Monaco or the member's jurisdiction is not permitted. Members may not post content that reproduces or misrepresents another person's identity, or that promotes illegal activity of any kind.
External Services
The platform may link to external websites or services for informational purposes. Sugar Daddy Monaco is not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of any external site or service. Links to external services do not constitute endorsement.
No Guaranteed Results
Sugar Daddy Monaco facilitates introductions between members but does not guarantee specific outcomes, compatibility, or the complete accuracy of any member's profile. Members are responsible for their own assessment of other members and for the choices they make in connection with those members.
Safety Responsibilities
Members are responsible for their own safety when communicating with and meeting other members. The platform provides safety guidance, which members are strongly encouraged to follow. Sugar Daddy Monaco is not liable for harm resulting from meetings or interactions between members that take place outside the platform.
Intellectual Property
The Sugar Daddy Monaco platform, brand, visual identity, written content, and structural design are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without prior written permission. Members retain ownership of content they upload but grant the platform a licence to display that content within the service.
Account Termination
Sugar Daddy Monaco reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, that pose a risk to other members, or that are associated with fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activity. Members may also delete their own account at any time through their account settings.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, in applicable law, or in best practice. Significant changes will be communicated to members by notification or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law in the Principality of Monaco. Disputes arising from the use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the Principality, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the member's own jurisdiction apply.
